In 2019 The Hill Street Country Club in partnership with Oceanside Public Library presented Mobile Arts Workshop (M.A.W.); local and regional artists will explore the relationship between contemporary, accessible and affordable art mediums such as zine making, conceptual art performance, comic illustration and audio recording with deeply rooted, cross cultural traditions like storytelling, poetry, song and dance. Since then M.A.W. has been HSCC’s flagship communty arts education programs.

The Hill Street Country Club’s Arts Hotel Project wants to know “What does Ocenaside Mean To You?” Our friend and artist, Lissa Corona, designed this MAW project to celebrate the Oceanside community by highlighting the spaces and places that make our city special.
