Join us at the HSCC Saturday 10/9 for ‘A Living Artistic Revolution’, a community fundraiser featuring live spoken word, musical performances, and a podcast recording! 🎙🌟

The Living Artistic Revolution will begin at 6:15pm with live musicians, spoken wordsmiths, a silent art auction, DJing by Maestro Erky, then a Live Podcast conversation at 7:30pm: Upholding Community Empowerment; by Free Thought Revolution, Community, and Special Guests:

▪️ Dr. Lawana Firyali Richmond (Cofounder/organizer Afrofuturism Lounge)

▪️ Quantal Langford (The Creative Brew Podcast & Langford Design)

This Charity event will work with the community to donate 100% of the proceeds to a local non-profit and a mutual aide group, to give the most poverty affected individuals of the community a safe space to be seen, heard, and access to human rights. Their primary function is to elevate the persons within the community to a better standing; giving right to Humanizing Us all: Oceanside Homeless Resource and En Mi Palma.

This discussion of real world aspects of community poverty versus individual wealth; will entertain, educate, and empower 💫
